Jane Fonda's Bison Rosemary Marinade
4 cloves
garlic, minced
2
shallots, minced
1/4 cup
fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup
chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 TBS dried)
1/2 cup
beef broth
2 TBS
soy sauce
1/4 cup
lemon juice
1 TBS
grated lemon zest
1/2 TBS
peppercorns
Combine ingredients and marinate bison steaks in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Grill steak rare to medium. Do not overcook. Salt after cooking.
