Buffalo Ribs and Sauce

1 kg Buffalo Ribs
1 19 oz. can seasoned tomatoes
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
2 medium onions - cut in chunks
2 - 3 cloves garlic - chopped
fresh ground pepper salt to taste
gravy flour or regular flour for thickening

Brown ribs on all sides in hot pan or BBQ grill. Place in slow cooker with other ingredients and simmer about 3 hours or until fork tender. Remove excess grease and thicken gravy with flour. Salt to taste. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables.

Buffalo Ribs with BBQ Sauce

1 kg Buffalo Ribs
1 large onion - diced
3 T sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
3 T vinegar
1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Brown ribs on all sides in hot pan or on BBQ grill. In saucepan or slow
cooker, cover ribs with water and simmer until fork tender, about 3 hours.
Combine ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Remove ribs from water and place on
grilling sheet. Spoon BBQ sauce over ribs and grill a few minutes until
slightly browned. Enjoy with rice or potatoes and vegetables.
